When I started doing the title for this post, the spelling program kept trying to change "bawlers" to "brawlers". Well, porter and James are occasionally that as well (not cool, boys!), but in this case we're talking about good old fashioned basketball.
Basketball is kind of big in our family. Not like the sitting and watching of it on TV--not unless BYU and/or Jimmer are playing--but the getting out and playing of it. Anything from chest passes to games of horse to winter basketball season, we like it all! I played for quite a while when I was a kid, so that may have something to do with it, but mostly it's The Dad!!
Kevin loves basketball. When he was a kid/teenager, he was pretty darn good (a good boy, that is). The only reason he really ever got into trouble was for playing basketball too much or for too long. And so far our boys love it too!
Here are pics from the last game of our most recent season. Since they're so close in age, the boys have always been able to play together. They're quite the team!
We're thinking next year it's this girl's turn to try it out as well.
